Ahfad University for Women (SD)
AUW offers Master of Public Health (MPH) that spans two academic years with selection of one of the two concentrations, Health Policy Management and Planning or Reproductive Health. It is a professional degree structured to include taught modules, practicum and research. The program’s main objective is to develop effective public health policy makers, leaders, and practitioners through advanced and interdisciplinary education. Graduates will be able to advance the public’s health, especially rural and underserved communities.
Related specialisations
In spring term, Ahfad University for Women offers a specialisation in its fields of expertise. All students from the partner institutions have the option to participate in this specialisation. Specific fields of expertise at Ahfad include nutrition, gender studies, conflict studies and humanitarian aid.
