Global Health – Healthy Relationships

In this program, students learn to reflect critically, innovatively, and interdisciplinarily on:

  • Human Meeting Competence. How to deliver health to people with different cultures and prejudice.
  • Animal Assisted Intervention (AAI). Elevating health in the interface between humans and animals.
  • Health Technology. Making healthcare more fair and equally distributed throughout health technology.

Course Format

  • Keynote lectures by USN faculty experts or invited international lecturers.
  • Discussions, group activities, exchange of ideas, joint reflections, active listening, student presentations and real-world examples.
  • The last seminar will be dedicated to the students’ projects and how they can address issues from the course in their own course papers. This will include group work and student presentations.
